Terms and Conditions
- The customer acknowledges and understands that any applicable financial incentive e.g. all generated Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) will be paid to Renova Solar. This amount has been deducted from the RRP.
- The customer acknowledges and understands that this offer loses validity if the Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) value of $35, as quoted to Renova Solar by a third party falls below the Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) value of $35 as set out in this proposal/agreement. Renova Solar further advises that the STC price as stated of $35 per STC can fluctuate, and this price is only guaranteed upon installation of the solar system and assignment of STC's to Renova Solar.
- Goods or services provided by third parties (such as meter changeovers) do not form part of the contract between Renova Solar and the customer.
- Workmanship warranty explained - Renova Solar guarantees for 10 years the quality of the solar PV installation, and guarantees to remedy any issues relating to defects in any workmanship relating to the solar PV installation, that would otherwise hinder the performance of the system, if this was to ever occur. This does not include inverter wifi setup and or internet connection strength in the premises.
- Renova Solar (“the Supplier”) agrees to supply, deliver and install the goods to the purchaser in accordance with this order. This Order comprises this document including the Terms and Conditions and supersedes any previous correspondence and constitutes the entire agreement between the Supplier and the Purchaser.
- This quote proposal provided is valid from the time of signature acceptance, up to and including the day of installation, not withstanding changes to STC financial Incentive as stated in point 1, during the processing period.
- You acknowledge and agree that your electricity retailer may change your electricity retail contract or Tariff as a result of you having us install the solar system at your premises, and that you should contact your electricity retailer to obtain details in relation to this and any application of potential new tariff rates.
